2. Register via mail, by printing out the Registration Form and mail to: Customer Conference, WorkWise, Inc., 12000 West Park Place, Milwaukee, WI 53224. We’ll contact you to confirm receipt of your form.

3. Register via fax, by printing out the Registration Form and fax it to us at: 414-359-1415. We’ll contact you to confirm receipt of your form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

July 15- Conference Cancellation Deadline Cancel with no penalty on or before July 15. A $250 penalty per person will apply to cancellations made between July 16 and August 1. Full fees will be charged for cancellations received between August 2 and the conference.

Hotel Transportation:

Shuttle service to/from General Mitchell Airport (Milwaukee – MKE) is available thru AirportConnections. 

Hotel Reservations:

Call the Country Springs Hotel at (262) 547-0201 and mention GROUP NAME: WORKWISE to receive the special room rate of $80 per night.

IMPORTANT: Although the hotel offers online reservations via their website, you must CALL the hotel at the numbers above to make your reservation in order to receive the special WorkWise discounted rate.

Please make your room reservations as early as possible, since rate and availability cannot be guaranteed after August 31.
