As the economy changes, companies need to be agile and adjust. Learn how TCM can help you control and reduce costs by analyzing your current business practices and embracing new ways of doing business by identifying and tracking Key Business Performance Indicators.
Minute by minute each day your business system captures data that may affect cost and profitability. Having the ability and tools to quickly mine that data, interpret it, and adjust your policies and procedures is not just a “Nice to Have” any more. It’s critical to survival. This session will focus on the Business Intelligence data base provided by TCM’s GBI product, and how it can be used to improve your operation’s performance.
Ensuring that the current revision of drawings, work instructions, ISO or other documents are being used on the floor is critical to reduce time, costs and improve quality. See how using TCM Document Library integrated with other TCM tools can simplify the process of managing and dissemminating critical documents used in the manufacturing process.
Many manufacturers have processes that are performed by outside vendors in the manufacturing of their products. Learn how using the built-in Outside Processing capability within TCM can help with managing the costs, scheduling and tracking of parts that are sent outside for value added services including an inside look at how Walker Forge uses this functionality.
