Learn the basics of report writing! This class consists of 4 total 2-hour Webex sessions conducted over a 2 week period, and includes an   87 page  manual( PDF):

• Session 1:  Report Preparation, Report Wizard, Basic Formatting lecture. This is followed by a 1 hour workshop for each customer to practice with instructor before the next session.
• Session 2:   Linking Tables, Grouping, Formula’s. This is followed by a 1 hour workshop for each customer to practice with instructor before the next session.
• Session 3:   Drilldown, Section Formatting, Highlighting. This is followed by a 1 hour workshop for each customer to practice with instructor before the next session.
• Session 4:  Record Selection, Parameters, Sorting, Printing and Exporting. This is followed by a 1 hour workshop for each customer to practice with instructor before the end of the week.

TCM Windows System Administration>>>

This day-and-a-half class is designed for those who need to understand the workings of Windows and TCM operating system related functions.

TCM Dynamics>>>

These day-long classes are designed for those in leadership positions in your company, from department heads to upper management to executives, and explain the relationships among the various TCM applications and how these applications can best be put to work for your business. The classes use business concepts to describe how data flows through the TCM product. In addition, there will be some “hands on” access to the TCM software to reinforce the instruction.

Data Mining – Utilizing ODBC Workshop>>>

The workshop is geared for the entry-level TCM user running TCM v6.2 or greater in a live or deferred environment. The workshop will cover the skills necessary to:

• create a Crystal Report of TCM data
• create a query in Excel
• gain a better understanding of the TCM Database Infrastructure
• view and print File/Structure record layouts
• learn how to establish file/table joins and table relationships
• become familiar with how ODBC works
• learn to use the Field Locator tool 

COMBINED:   TCM System Administration and Data Mining Workshop>>>

The first day is dedicated to the TCM System Administration topic.  Day 2 consists of an AM session concluding the topic and the PM session is the start of the TCM Data Mining Workshop which concludes the following day – Attend 3 consecutive days and receive all the benefits of these normally separate classes!
