Unit 1: TCM Lean Manufacturing Concepts: 20 min.

In this unit, you’ll learn what Lean Manufacturing is and how TCM can be used with Lean Manufacturing, using ‘pull’ and ‘pull’ execution techniques. You’ll also see an example of a customer using TCM Lean Manufacturing.

Unit 2:  TCM Lean Module: 90 min

In this unit, you’ll learn some basics to help you work with your WorkWise Services team to implement a successful LEAN initiative at your site. You’ll practice and learn:

• How to load basic data
• Creating and managing Kanbans
• Processing Kanbans
• Kanban reporting
