Now you can easily maintain global control over your warehouse and inventory, and have access to the information online! eWarehouse utilizes the latest technology - Radio Frequency (RF) handheld devices - to expand TCM’s warehouse and inventory control functions.

Your RF handhelds are used in the field to track lots, serial and revisions and transmit the information for use online. You can also RFs for inventory bar code and bin labeling in your warehouse. Because the information is online, you’ll also have control over any remote warehouses.

If you choose to do so, first-in-first-out inventory is supported.

eWarehouse lets you stage your shop floor events online, and communicate the shop floor events to production personnel.

You can even use eWarehouse to provide electronic inspection for Quality Control and ISO compliance. eWarehouse also allows you to produce purchase and shop order receipts, ship customer orders, and complete bin-to-bin and bin-to-production transfers.

Online Reports

eWarehouse provides a complete web-based material system. All TCM material transactions are supported for inventory, purchasing, and shipping.

This is the Report screen, available online to authorized users anywhere, anytime. Select from inventory, receipts shipments or miscellaneous reports.

Purchase Order Receipt

This is the PO Receipt screen. You can enter a PO number for receiving and inspection, or select one from the list.

Purchase Order Line

This PO Line screen provides you with a receiving function. You can specify the quantity received, and the number of bar code labels you’d like to print, along with any damaged items. It also supports hold for inspection.

Purchase Hold Detail

Here’s the PO Hold detail screen. In this example, you can see that we received 20 of the 80 steel items ordered. You can accept all, some or none of the shipment and print the bar code labels all in one step. The notes area helps provide useful details about this transaction.

Pack List Screen

Use the Pack List screen to review the material that has been picked to ship and to print a Bill of Lading.

Shipment Review

You can select and view the details of any customer shipment online.
